Vice Chairman Zhao Yanyi Expresses Condolences to Men’s Basketball Team Members Who Returned Triumphantly

On the afternoon of December 9th, Vice Chairman Zhao Yanyi went to our university gym to express condolences to the men’s basketball team members who had returned triumphantly. Yu Xinran—secretary of the UCPC and Chen Qingyi—deputy secretary and assistant to the president attended.
 
Zhao Yanyi, on behalf of the Board of Directors of our university, congratulated our men’s basketball team on its outstanding performance in the 17th Provincial Games (University Department). He highly recognized the spirit of the players’ hard work and never saying failure, and encouraged them to continue to carry forward the spirit of tenacity in the future competitions, make persistent efforts to achieve good results, fully demonstrate the professional level and strength of them of FTBU, show the demeanor of its students, and strive for their own reputation and honor for our university.

The basketball players of FTBU thanked the Board of Directors and our university for their concern and support for the team, and said that they would continue to sum up their experiences and shortcomings in the future, train hard with sweat, and strive to achieve more impressive results.
 
After the condolences, the teachers’ men's basketball team, composed of Zhao Yanyi, Yu Xinran and so on, held a new friendly match with the student men's basketball team. In the stadium with towering dome and magnificent atmosphere, the teachers were united and cooperative, encouraging each other, and bursting into passion; the students were enthusiastic and youthful, showing their youthful vitality. The teachers and students strengthened their physique in exercise, having showed the style of physical education, and the vigorous vitality of FTBU.
