Recently, Ministry of Education announced the list of the second batch of collaborative education projects of industry-university cooperation in 2022 (JGSH [2023] No. 1). This year, our university has been approved to set up 8 projects, covering the reform of teaching content and curriculum system, innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, teacher training, practice conditions and practice base construction, which is another stage of our university’s deepening of industry-university integration, promoting university-enterprise cooperation, and building industry-university-research and application.
The Industry-University Cooperative Education of Ministry of Education is an important measure for the country to comprehensively promote the reform and development of higher education. It is an inevitable requirement for higher education to support the transformation and upgrading of industry and promote the high-quality development of university education. It plays a positive role in promoting the establishment of deep and long-term cooperation between universities and enterprises, focusing on industrial economic construction and industrial development, following the needs of enterprise technology upgrading and transformation, and cultivating application-oriented talents. In recent years, our university has continuously strengthened the system guarantee, strengthened the project guidance, and standardized the project management. A total of 30 projects have been approved, providing strong support for improving the quality of talent training and speeding up the construction of application-oriented undergraduate universities.
Our university has taken the Industry-University Collaborative Education Project of Ministry of Education as a starting point, and cooperated with enterprises and institutions in a multi-channel, multi-way and all-round way, made full use of enterprise resources, strived to create a new situation of industry-university collaborative education of science and education integration, constantly improved the quality of application-oriented talent training, and further promoted the construction of its application-oriented undergraduate university.
