FZTBU’s 8 Supply and Demand Matching Employment and Education Projects Approved by Ministry of Education
On April 6th, 2023, Higher Education Student Department of Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Announcement of the List of Approved Projects for the Second Phase of Supply and Demand Matching Employment and Education Projects (Teaching Department Letter [2023] No. 6). Eight projects that our umiversityl has collaborated with employers such as Fujian Internet Retail Industry Association, Fujian Fumin Yunka Information Technology Co., Ltd., Qingchuang Future Group Co., Ltd., and One Brick and One Tile Technology Co., Ltd. have been approved. The number of our approved projects ranks first among similar universities in the province.
“The Project of Supply and Demand Matching Employment and Education” is an employment and education project established by Ministry of Education to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on “Stabilizing Employment” and “Ensuring Employment”, promote the organic linkage between talents’ cultivation and their employment, effectively connect talent supply and demand, and enforce more comprehensive and high-quality employment for college graduates. Its aim is to deepen the industry-university integration, university-enterprise cooperation, innovate the supply-and-demand integration, employment-and-education mechanism, and better gather enterprise resources.
For a long time, our university has been characterized by cultivating applied talents, always adhering to the development of connotation and characteristics, actively deepening the industry-university integration, strengthening the university-enterprise collaboration, improving the quality of applied talent training and the ability to serve the local economic and the social development, enhancing the employment ability of graduates, and continuously promoting more comprehensive and high-quality employment for them.
The successful establishment of these projects of supply and demand matching education not only confirms the achievements of our university in deepening the industry-university integration and university-enterprise cooperation, but also provides a powerful platform for our university to further broaden its talent cultivation ideas, deepen multi-dimensional cooperation among the university, enterprise industry, academia and research, continuously improve the quality of the cultivation of applied talent, and deeply promote the construction of our applied undergraduate university.
