Time: 2023-05-11 11:25:00

Recently, Ministry of Justice released the results of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination 2022. Our law students from School of Humanities and Law have achieved remarkable results again, with a passing rate of nearly 60% for objective questions and 39% for subjective questions. The passing rate far exceeds the national average and is at the top among the similar universities in the province.

It is reported that the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination is a legal professional certificate examination established by Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China in accordance with relevant regulations such as The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Law Officials, The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prosecutors, and The Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers. As lawyers, judges, prosecutors, and notaries, they must pass the national judicial examination. Its annual pass rate is generally around 10% of the total number of candidates in our country, and is known as the “largest exam in China” due to its large number of subjects and low pass rate. The legal professional qualification exam in Fujian Province in 2022 has been postponed to this year due to the impact of the epidemic. Our students have overcome many pressures, worked hard, and achieved excellent results.

Our teachers majoring in law has always attached great importance to cultivating students’ professional qualities and they are committed to cultivating outstanding legal talents with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, firm ideals and beliefs, systematic and solid legal theoretical knowledge, and proficient legal professional skills.
