“Order-oriented” Precise Cultivation & “Strategic” Cooperation for Win-win Results

On the morning of July 11th, 2023, FZTBU and KIN LONG held a signing ceremony for the “Order-oriented Class” University-Enterprise Cooperation in our Conference Room 1 of Liqun Building. Vice President Wang Rongguo, Dean Yu Shaoqian of School of Management, Executive Vice Dean Wang Liuyun, General Manager Jiang Shiju of KIN LONG Greater Fujian Sales Area, Vice General Manager Zeng Ping, and Group Headquarters Deputy Director Gu Chong of its Human Resources attended the ceremony.
 
 
At the ceremony, Wang Rongguo warmly welcomed the visiting enterprises on behalf of our university. He pointed out that our talent cultivation could not be separated from the participation of enterprises; that over the years we had actively adapted to the new needs of the social and economic development and vigorously promoted the industry-education integration; that this “KIN LONG Class” would be a deepening and extension of the foundation of the early cooperation, and a new starting point for deepening practical university-enterprise cooperation; and that we would look forward to both sides sharing the mission, cultivating talents, and seeking common development. Jiang Shiju introduced the development scale, corporate culture, business operations, and other aspects of his enterprise; and he hoped to strengthen cooperation with the university in talent cultivation, academic exchange, and educational practice, and to focus on exploring new fields and ways of university-enterprise cooperation and development, cultivating more high-quality applied talents for the enterprise, and achieving new results of mutual benefits and win-win results.
 
 
After the ceremony, Jiang Shiju and his delegation visited our universtiy’s Management Training Center, Library, University History Museum, Qingyun IEC Center, and Fangguang Academic Exchange Center, and they praised our construction layout and educational achievements.
 
 
 
FZTBU will take this opportunity to further expand the breadth and depth of university-enterprise cooperation, bridge the “last mile” of theory and practice, cultivate more high-quality applied talents, who can adapt to the development of various industries and effectively serve the high-quality development of the local industrial economy.
 
The heads of Division of Teaching Affairs, Office of Academic Research, and relevant personnel from the secondary schools attended the ceremony.
