21 Projects of FZTBU Approved for the 3rd Phase of Ministry of Education's Supply and Demand Docking Employment and Education Projects
On June 14th, Ministry of Education’s Supply and Demand Docking Employment and Education Project Platform issued A Notice on the Announcement of the List of Approved Projects for the 3rd Phase of Ministry of Education’s Supply and Demand Docking Employment and Education Projects (JJYSH [2024] No. 23). Our university has successfully approved a total of 21 employment and education projects, including 7 targeted talent training ones, 7 employment internship base ones, 6 human resources improvement ones, and 1 key group employment assistance one, with the highest number of approved projects among similar universities in Fujian Province.
Ministry of Education’s Supply and Demand Docking Employment and Education Projects are an important initiative in the field of higher education in China, aimed at promoting deep cooperation between universities and enterprises, and achieving effective integration between talent cultivation and the job market. Through these projects, universities can more accurately understand the talent needs of enterprises, adjust and optimize talent training programs, and improve the employment competitiveness and adaptability of graduates.

The successful establishment of these supply and demand docking education projects not only affirms the achievements of our university in deepening the integration of industry and university and university-enterprise cooperation, but also provides a powerful platform for our university to further broaden its talent cultivation ideas, deepen multi-dimensional industry-university-research cooperation, continuously improve the quality of applied talent cultivation, and promote the construction of our applied undergraduate university.
