FZTBU’s Students Achieve Excellent Results in the National Competition of the Milan Design Week College Design Exhibition’s Non-topic Contest for Excellent Works Exhibition
Recently, the list of winners for the national competition of the Milan Design Week College Design Exhibition’s Non-topic Contest for Excellent Works Exhibition was announced. Our university’s teachers and students competed fiercely with universities such as Communication University of China and Xiamen University, and won 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 3 third prizes respectively in this competition, ranking among the top universities and colleges in the province.
This competition is jointly initiated and organized by the China Education International Exchange Association and the China Higher Education Association from 2016 to 2019. Its aim is to truly reflect the current situation and teaching achievements of design subject teaching in China under the background of the New Era, and to build an international exchange and learning platform for art subject teachers and students nationwide to showcase their professional talents and creative level. So far, the Milan Design Week—China University Design Discipline Excellent Works Exhibition has received a total of 100,792 entries from 1,275 universities nationwide, with 80,984 valid entries.
Our university has attached great importance to the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities, fully leveraging the role of competition services in education and talent cultivation, guiding students to actively participate in innovative design, using professional knowledge to serve the society, in order to expand their international perspectives and cultivate their teamwork spirit. All this will make them become the main designers of the future.
