Recently, Ministry of Education announced a list of typical cases of county-level community learning centers and recommended courses for community education brands in 2024. Fuzhou Technology and Business University’s application for the brand course “Law Often Accompanies the Protection of Sunset Red” (led by Zhang Wenying) has been selected, making it the only undergraduate university in Fujian Province to be included in this course list.
 

 

The course Protecting the Sunset Red with the Law jointly applied by Fuzhou Technology and Business University and the People’s Government of Geling Town, Yongtai County focuses on the field of elderly education, closely follows the regional characteristics of Yongtai, promotes science and technology, adheres to the concept of “lifelong learning for all”, and optimizes the allocation and sharing of educational resources through the construction of a comprehensive community education matrix, forming a high-quality brand course for lifelong learning. The promotion demonstrates our university’s active exploration and practical achievements in the field of community education, as well as the professional strength of our teacher team in cultivating grassroots education.
